Privacy Policy

This policy applies to itaivarochik.com and the consulting, advisory, platform-build, automation, and AI-integration services offered by Itai Varochik ("we", "us"). By using the site or engaging the services you agree to this policy.

• Contact & booking form data: name, email, company, message, selected tier or brief details you submit.
• Communications: emails, calls, and messages you send us during a project or inquiry.
• Usage analytics: pages viewed, referrer, device type, approximate location (city/country), and interaction events.
• Cookies: a small consent flag and analytics cookies (see below).

We do not collect payment card data. Payment is handled via bank transfer or Bitcoin and processed outside this site.

We use only two analytics tools: Google Analytics 4 and Amplitude. Both are used to understand traffic patterns, feature engagement, and conversion paths so we can improve the site and the services.

• IP addresses are truncated/anonymized where the tool supports it.
• We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, session-replay tools, or third-party CRM trackers on this site.
• You can opt out by rejecting cookies in the banner, using browser "Do Not Track" / Global Privacy Control signals, or installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

• To respond to inquiries and deliver the engagement you booked.
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, briefs, invoices).
• To improve the site, content, and services using aggregated analytics.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or personal data with third parties for marketing. We do not run a newsletter sales list and we do not forward your contact details to partner vendors.

The only processors that touch your data are the infrastructure providers required to run the site and the engagement: our hosting/backend provider (for form submissions and storage), our email provider (to send and receive project emails), Google Analytics, and Amplitude. Each acts on documented instructions and is bound by their own data-protection terms.

The site uses a minimal set of cookies:

• Consent: stores your accept/reject choice for analytics cookies.
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Amplitude identifiers, set only after consent.

You can clear cookies any time via your browser; the consent banner will reappear on your next visit.

• Contact & booking submissions: retained while the inquiry or engagement is active, and up to 24 months after for follow-up and reference.
• Project records, contracts, and invoices: retained for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law (typically 7 years).
• Analytics data: retained according to the default retention window in Google Analytics and Amplitude.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and Israel's Privacy Protection Law) you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email gmail@itaivarochik.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard hosting, encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe an account or data has been compromised, contact us immediately.

The site, analytics, and backend providers may process data in the EU, United States, and Israel. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the provider's Standard Contractual Clauses.

The site and services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy as the services and tooling evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
